Pretty uneventful day again. Seems to be how it will be for a while. Limited in my action due to PDT rule. However been moving some funds around and getting closer to account size needed to trade freely. Nasdaq been down, but S&P has been going up. Closed at new highs today.
Today's activity:
Sold FORD-held onto this too long for my new strategy. Let go red and didn't cut. Had to pay for it today when I sold my shares. Another loss, as they keep on piling on.
Overnight play today was SGOC. Had a good close and very positive SA article on it. Hoping finally get to take advantage of one of these overnight plays. Been on a losing streak for them as well as normal plays. Hoped would close over 4 but ended just shy. Early aftermarket action pushed little above 4 so gap is definite possibility. Stock also has history of going nutty on earnings. Spiking over 100%.
Just saw they reported bad earnings afterhours. This one is gonna hurt, yet another loser. Without PDT regulations could have been out with 50 profit. Now looking to loose 300+
