More craziness from the markets today.  Had gap up in indexes through weekend and then crapped out.  Most of the day slightly higher than previous close, then we went red.  Last half hour or so had a rampage.  Could just be a short squeeze yet again.  Doesn't seem like a direction will be chosen til next week.  Some say they are impressed it held key support levels and others say it is failing to make new highs.  Short week for the market as it is closed friday.  Good to know going into rest of week.  Also the start of earnings which will guild the market.

Took some of the settled money out to transfer to IB account and get closer to breaking 25k restrictions.
Also bought KANG-recent IPO that is heavily involved in healthcare in China.  Came public in bad week(last week) and is not right at initial offering price.  I think it can jump up again if market starts to rally and then again once its quiet period is over and they can release more activity/info on company's performance.

IB account
Had another mistake with their program and did not know I had an open order to short HPJ.  This was my old stop loss from a position I closed on Friday.  Bad news is that it forced me to use a day trade, because I did not mean to open position and think the outlook is still good for them.  But I did see news on them offering more stock at a price of 5.05 and the price at the time was closer to 5.40.  This is why the price was tanking and continued to all day.  Part was market in general but even more so due to this news.  So I covered after a slight gain on the day, so this did not hurt me monetarily just used a day trade.

Trimmed down my size a little in MDCN.  Pot stock that is not recovering the way I want.  Should have closed this position as soon as it turned against me.  They have some good stuff in place but will take awhile for it to materialize and stock could continue to take a hit in the mean time.

Also bought small amount of VNRS.  This stock has gotten aniliated last week.  Was trading around 50 and I bought around 27.50.  Has a large area to fill to be back on track and am happy waiting for this to happen.  Has good analysts predictions so should just be a waiting game.  This is why I am in small position.  Hoping to sell around 40/share and ideally would be this week.  But doubtful that fast, hope steady swing back up.

Will mainly just be watching tomorrow.  Today's use of a day trade hurts cause I can only do 1 trade this week now (I think-have to check).  Wouldn't feel as important with a full week of trading.  But funds should hit my bank tomorrow and I can start the transfer to IB account.  Monitoring day tomorrow and will be looking for a gap play and/or continued breakout play.  Also hoping to sell off part of HOTR, had an order in today that did not get filled.  Don't want to see my account going down as fast due to this.  Has been a crow for me.
