May day May day. Was not monitoring the markets as much I typically do. Spent most of the day catching up on some video and looking at lax stuff. Markets mostly unchanged in general. Some selling action from me early then the time off. Have some other videos to watch next few days as well so will prolly be limited monitoring and worrying about indexes. JASO had a big run up followed by equally big breakdown. I think ended up a few cents but was over 50 cents up on the day at its high. Still very much underwater in that position. No real way to get out either.
Sold HERO. Got a small move in morning, and took it for a small profit. This is the one I realized I shouldn't be in. Not the kind of move I am comfortable trying to predict. So good move getting out in this early spike.
Sold MDCN. This is an old position that I finally cut ties with. Have been underwater for a long time and finally getting it out of my portfolio. Bad loss and need to learn from this. Was afraid to use a day trade and end result is big loss of money. Now will have to not be afraid of using a day trade. I need to protect myself and if that means I can't buy anything the next day then so be it. Need to think in longer term. A day or two of not trading does not hurt, but lossing positions do.
Shorted GLUU. The support was cracking near the end of the day and it as looking weak. It is up a little after hours, which is not a good sign for me. Closed below my entry but not by much. Had a good run today and thinking it was done. Hopefully more people locking in gains tomorrow. Will look to get out fast in the morning.
Started investors underground chat today and also got the DVD. Was part of a sale and they are about to increase prices, so I decided to get in now. Time will tell if I continue with their service. Have not watched dvd yet.
